Wedding coordinator
Our dedicated wedding coordinator has many years of experience organising tropical weddings and will work closely with you to realise the ‘the day of your dreams’. No wedding is too big or two small. The coordinator’s expertise and attention to detail will ensure your big day is hassle-free.

Decorated wedding deck hire
Cupid’s Point, our expansive wedding deck, is located on a hilltop with phenomenal views of mountains, open skies, the Pacific Ocean and islands in the distance. It features a traditional thatched roof that is reminiscent of traditional Fijian structures called bure.  The deck easily seats up to 110 people, while a further 350 people can be accommodated on the lawn. The deck can be decorated in a variety of styles including Pacific themes such as Hawaiian and Fijian. The following two colour schemes are available for decorations with white as the base: gold, silver, pink, purple, mocha and orange.

Required documents:

• Original or certified copy of birth certificates;
• Passport;
• Decree Absolute document if divorced;
• Death Certificate if spouse had died;
• Statutory Declaration signed by a Justice of Peace or Notary Public or Solicitor to prove that the persons are not married [this declaration both applies to first or the second marriage;
• Consent of the father if under the age of 21 years or mother if father is deceased. Minimum age for marriage in Fiji is 16 years and above for female and 18 years and above for male;
• Names of two witnesses who are 21 years of age or over.
• Couples must present themselves together to apply for the license.

License validity
The special license is effective immediately after the application is received (within one working day) and processed by the registry. It is valid for 21 days from the date of issue. After the marriage ceremony it is advisable to apply for a proper/typed marriage certificate.

Minister or celebrant
A Christian minister will preside over your wedding ceremony. He is also able to conduct the wedding in the Fijian language. A Catholic priest can be arranged upon request.

36 photos with album and negatives by AGFA
A photographer from the AGFA photographic agency in Nadi will document your wedding and provide an album with 36 full-colour images and negatives. A video/DVD can also be arranged.

Fijian serenaders
Serenaders from the nearby village of Viseisei will serenade you and your wedding guests with Fijian harmonies. A Polynesian show and/or live band can also be hired at extra cost.

Wedding bouquet and buttonhole
Exotic bouquets and buttonholes made from fresh tropical flowers to suit your wedding outfits and theme are available.

Candlelight dinner for two on the night of your choice
Enjoy a romantic dinner at our Beach Deck restaurant. Choose from a menu that features a wide variety of delicious Asian, Pacific and Western dishes.

Traditional wedding cake
Choose from a variety of styles and flavours including black forest, chocolate and fruit. From FJD $90 for a tier.

DVD/Video shooting with complete editing
We will capture your special day with a professionally edited DVD/Video. FJD $550

Traditional Fijian wedding costume hire
The traditional Fijian wedding costume is made from Tapa, a paper-like cloth made from the bark of the Paper Mulberry tree. FJD $350.

Kava ceremony
Make your Fijian wedding all the more special by adding the traditional kava ceremony, believed to bring good luck. FJD $50.

Flower girl to scatter petals
Our flower girl from the nearby village will add a unique local touch to your wedding ceremony. FJD $25.

Hair & Make Up
Our spa therapist will make you look your best on your big day and offers a range of beauty and grooming services including hair & make up, manicures, pedicures, massages, facials and the like. A pre-wedding run through of hair & make-up is also available. Pure Fiji and Lycos products are used.

Professional Photographer

Catering and cocktails
Start your wedding reception with exotic tropical cocktails. For lunch or dinner, you have the option of a buffet or course meal. We are able to customise your reception menu to suit your budget and offer a wide range of delicious Asian, Pacific Island and Western dishes.

Audio/Visual Equipment for Hire
Sound equipment including microphones, speakers, etc as well as television screens, DVD players and karaoke consoles are available for hire.

Live Band
Our wedding coordinator will help you with the selection of a local band should you require live music at the reception.
